We will cover up to £25,000 Landlord Legal Expenses for advisors' costs in proceedings against tenants, including eviction, subject to the amount in dispute exceeding £250 including VAT. We have even included a 24 hour legal helpline providing an advisory service on any legal problem of concern to you in connection with your let property. This policy also includes Landlord's Legal Expenses cover up to £25,000.
